- The location is great away from the hussle of taksim and Beyoğlu but so close to the middle of istiklal road, where you can be in Istiklal within 5 min not more. The hotel is located on the flat highway, no need to climb hills or pass through dark scary alleys at night. - The staff are so polite and helpful. - The room I was given was big enough for 3. We got 2 single beds and 1 double and they were comfortable. - Free coffee and tea at the lobby * The toilet doesn't smell at all like in other hotels around istanbul and this gives the place an extra star!! * And another extra star for having an elevator which is not found in most boutique hotels in istanbul *** And extra 3 stars for being Family friendly. No need to worry about hearing inappropriate noises coming from other rooms at night like in taksim and Beyoğlu area hotels. There are always police men around since the police station is close .

The hotel is very close to the central part of Istanbul. The rooms are very nice, big and clean. Everything you need is provided. The staff is very kind and responsive. Thank you!

The place was home for our 7 days The main people Ibrahim and Ahmet was best Ibrahim helped a lot detailing with when and where to get an item whether it was food or shopping The room service was very proper everyday, hats off to the lady I would totally 100% recommend this hotel The city view is great Getting watch the traffic or sunset just a 2min walk outside the hotel If i go to stay at istanbul again i will definitely choose Santa hill and the room 203 again. Thankyou

I stayed in the Hotel for 4 Nights and it was amazing First the location was great near Taksim Second the staff was amazing and talkative and fun people also they speak English and helped me whenever i asked , Ibrahim , Ahmet and Amina are the best Last thing Room was clean , air conditioner works , good Internet

I liked all of my stay actually. The staff are very nice, helpfull, the room was fine for the money we paid, location is goood as well ( especially if you know the transportation system in istanbul it will be much easier) i might go back to the hotel for another stay as the stay was comfortable and pretty much no inconvinience.

Amina custome service and breakfast Ali makes the best eggs in Turkey Massive room Great location Free coffee and tea 🍵 Noise free The owner needs to give Amina & Ali more lira for such great customer care

Everything was fine, but the best experience is from staff. The young guy from the night shift and the woman who was cleaning room and preparing breakfast are very kind and welcoming and without them, this place wouldn't be the same.

The hotel staffs was very friendly and accomodating. They are really really helpful!! Kudos to Ali that really assisted us in all our inquiries and request. I will not forget his extra miles assistance, by guiding us to the bus stop going to Eminuno😊 Special thanks also to Mr. Emra who provided us a good room and assisted us to find a taxi during peak hours..
